I just signed up at Acobox.com to use their free blog pictures hosting service.
Sometimes I get tired of searching and searching for just the right picture to put in my blog. At Acobox.com, all of their images are free, and I don’t have to worry about copyright and license and all that stuff.
The sign up was simple and their service is very easy to use. They even resize the pictures and everything for you. You just click on the button for the size you want, and then copy the link and place in it your blog. Very simple and easy, and I’m all about simple and easy.
They have quite a few images to chose from, and a lot of different categories. All the pictures are crystal clear and beautiful. Here is an example of a Hot Pepper…you know I love things “spicy”. As I stated before, I have the cold from hell. I suppose it’s an URI but it could very well be the flu. I feel like a mac truck hit me, backed up and hit me again.
Last night, the kids got sick. Mini Bug first. Her temp went sky high, even her breath was fire. Immediate meds and cool wash cloth to her forehead. Then the vomiting started. As soon as she started to throw up, the baby started crying. His head was HOT…
All I can say, is I had a very very bad night, and today isn’t much better. I am sicker than a dog, taking care of 2 little ones who are sicker than a dog also.

When I first started blogging, I didn’t have a clue about html coding. To be honest I still don’t, but I did learn some of the basic ones. When I need serious help I can always turn to Dr. Corny, and depending on his work load, I can get immediate help or have to wait until he has free time. We bought several palm trees over the weekend. 6 to be exact, and we spent most of Sunday planting them, and digging up 2 other palms to transplant to a different part of our yard.
While we were all in the front yard digging and planting, our friendly neighbor came over to say hello and give us some planting advice. For instance, in FL you don’t plant anything very deep or it will croak.
While the neighbor was talking to us, he informed us that he was sick, started out with a sore throat, horrible head and chest cold and that the Dr told him that he had pneumonia. I immediately took 3 steps back away from him.
WHY do sick people go outside of their homes? WHY do they feel the need to spead their misery around to everyone they come in contact with?
I am now sick. Started yesterday with a sore throat. My throat is now a burning tube of hell fire. My head feels as big as the moon and my chest hurts. Thank you Mr. Friendly neighbor. Now i am probably going to have to go the Dr. as I have a serious heart condition and I can’t take the chance of getting any kind of infection in my body. Thank you Mr. Neighbor. Your kindness makes me sick.
So, until I feel better I probably wont be visiting any blogs or doing much EC dropping. Sorry..blame Mr. Neighbor the germ spreading typhoid joe.
I hate telemarketers with a passion. I really blow my top when they call early in the morning and wake me up. If I am up until 2 am with a crying baby, or a three year old that thinks that sleep is a dirty word, the last thing I want is my phone ringing. When that phone rings and it’s so and so from whatever company asking if I would like to do a small survey about so and so company that we delt with in the past, I see red.
What makes me even angrier is when they call and don’t leave a message. So there are all these numbers on my caller ID with no messages. So now I don’t know who called or for what reason. Don’t know if it was important or just garbage.
Now I use Phone Number Lookup and I see who it was that called. Sometimes I call them back repeated, over and over, just for the hell of it. It helps with my anger management
